Bhansali AeroAlloys supplies MP35N®, a multi-phase Nickel-Cobalt-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy renowned for its ultra-high strength, exceptional toughness, biocompatibility, and superior corrosion resistance. Manufactured through vacuum induction melting (VIM) and vacuum arc remelting (VAR), MP35N® is further enhanced by work hardening and aging, achieving hardness levels of 55–60 HRC and tensile strengths of 260–300 ksi.
This alloy is trusted in aerospace, defense, oil & gas, and medical applications, delivering outstanding performance in extreme environments. MP35N® maintains excellent mechanical properties even at cryogenic temperatures without embrittlement and remains stable at service temperatures up to 600°F. Its biocompatibility makes it highly suitable for medical implants, orthodontic, and prosthetic devices.
With excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, hydrogen embrittlement, mineral acids, H₂S, and seawater, MP35N® is fully compliant with NACE MR0175 standards, meeting the most demanding aerospace and defense requirements.
